Decrease laser setting by
using the slider controls on
the Manual Laser/Sample
Positioning control page until
peak tops are sharp.
While acquiring,
laser power
changed. Averaged
scan includes
saturated (flat top)
and unsaturated
(sharp top) scans.
Reacquire using one laser
setting that gives sharp
peaks.
NOTE: Data acquired using
different laser settings may
have poor mass accuracy.
